Body Found
A MASSIVE search operation has come to an end in Mallorca after the authorities confirmed that they had found a body ‘that could correspond with that of the child’ who disappeared in the flash floods that swept the island last week.
The five-year-old, Arthur Robinson, disappeared after being swept away by the severe floods on the island on October 9.
Last Night a memorial service was be held by the Bishop of Mallorca to pay tribute to those who lost their lives on the island after last week’s severe flooding.
With the discovery of Arthur’s body the number of fatalities has now risen to 13.

Drug Lord
ONE of Spain’s most wanted drug gang leaders turned himself in yesterday shortly after appearing in a music video.
Francisco Tejon, head of a gang known as Los Castañas, which operates out of the Campo de Gibraltar, walked into the police station in La Linea with his lawyer.
It comes almost two years after an arrest warrant was issued him who’s aka Isco.
It appears he has never left the area in that time.
His brother, who is believed to have part-run the gang, was arressted in June.
Tejón, 39, made headlines this month after appearing in a music video by the Cuban-born reggaeton singer Clase A.

Fighter Plane
An American Airforce F-16 fighter jet from a US military base in Spain was forced to dump two fuel tanks mid-flight on Tuesday night.
The aircraft experienced a technical issue after take-off and dropped the tanks in a field near Sevilla.
The US Embassy reported the safe return of the pilot and aircraft to the military base in Moron de la Frontera.
No injuries have been reported on the ground following the incident.

New Ambassador
Hugh Elliott has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Spain and Non-Resident Ambassador to Andorra in succession to Simon Manley.
He is currently the Director of Communication and Stakeholders at the Department for Exiting the European Union.
He was previously the Director of Europe at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Mr Elliott will take up his appointment next summer.
