Benidorm Sky Scraper
SPAIN’S tallest residential skyscraper – the iconic InTempo building – is back on track to finally open next year in Benidorm.
According to reports, the owners, SVP Global, have signed an agreement with Catalan promoter Uniq Residential and architect, Rafael Robledo, to finish off the building that has seen no work carried out on it for the past four years.
The plan is to finally finish the project that is already 93 per cent complete “in the first quarter of next year” after a series of financial problems encountered by the original promoters of the project ended up with them filing for bankruptcy.
Once occupied the InTempo will not only be the highest of its kind in Spain but the second highest non-commercial premises in Europe.
