Benidorm Stabbing
Two Brits have been arrested after four people were stabbed in Benidorm on Sunday night.
The incident saw a fight from a club on the main strip spill out onto the street before four people were knifed and left in a ‘serious condition’.
Two of the victims are believed to work for a bar popular with tourists on Calle Mallorca.
The two British men arrested are aged 20 and 21.

Gun Theft

POLICE are hunting for brazen thieves who stole five regulation handguns and a hundred rounds of ammunition from a barracks in Andalucia.
The theft from the Guardia Civil facilities in Lachar took place at the weekend after robbers smashed a window and forced a locker.
The AEGC staff association said the break-in could be blamed on “a lack of resources and personnel that the Guardia Civil has been suffering since the beginning of the financial crisis”.
Yesterday a 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with the theft and four handguns have been recovered.

Gibraltar Flight
A British airways flight had to be diverted after strong winds caused the plane to rock wildly in the air.
Dramatic video footage shows the aircraft lurching from side to side as it flies over the coast of Gibraltar at around midday yesterday.
Passengers on the flight from London Heathrow had to be flown to Malaga after wind buffeted the plane.
The BA492 8.24am flight landed in at Malaga Airport at 12.20pm.
A British Airways spokesman said: ‘The flight has landed safely and passengers have left the aircraft normally.
Gibraltar Airport is notorious for having difficult weather that causes turbulence. Pilots have to undergo special training to land there.

Missing
When Alex Batty disappeared he was just 11 years old.
Now he has become a teenager, but there is still no trace of him.
Police have made a new appeal for help to find Alex, who vanished after being taken to Spain 16 months ago.
Alex, from Oldham, went missing on a trip with his mum Melanie Batty – who does not have custody of him – and grandad David Batty.
They were due to fly home on October 8, 2017, but never returned.
Detectives are re-appealing for the public’s help following Alex’s recent 13th birthday, on Wednesday, February 13.
Alex is described as white, about 5ft, slim, has blond hair and speaks with a northern accent.
