Electric Scooter Manslaughter
A 90-year-old Spanish woman has died after a collision with an electric scooter.
Two men had been riding the same scooter when they smashed into the woman in Barcelona in August.
She hit her head on the ground and died in hospital a few days later in what is thought to be the first incident of its kind.
The men are now facing manslaughter charges.
The two men, who have not been named, were traveling at more than 18 miles an hour along a street shared by pedestrians and traffic.
It comes after a 40-year-old woman was killed in Sabadell, near Barcelona, after she fell off an electric scooter and was hit by a truck.

Manslaughter
A BRITISH man hunted over the “one punch” killing of an OAP on the Costa del Sol has been arrested.
The 45-year-old was held at Malaga Airport last Friday on a European Arrest Warrant after flying back to Spain from the UK.
He is believed to have fled to Britain with his family the day after Mario Sauco, 65, was punched in the face on a zebra crossing in Fuengirola.
The Argentinian-born dad-of-three died in Malaga’s Carlos Haya Hospital 10 days after the late- night street attack on August 14.
It is understood the suspect, who has not been named by police, decided to return to Spain to hand himself in.
He was taken to a police station near the airport for questioning ahead of a court appearance behind-closed-doors on Monday in Fuengirola.
Court sources said he had been released on bail pending an ongoing manslaughter probe.

Street Attack
A GOOD Samaritan was hit in the face when she tried to stop her alleged attacker from groping a young woman in broad daylight in Palma, Mallorca.
The older woman was reportedly walking through a busy area when she noticed a stranger, who ‘appeared to be under the influence of narcotic substances’, apparently ‘harassing’ and trying to touch a female passer-by.
She approached the man but he became aggressive and ‘gave her a strong blow to the face’, causing injuries which required stitches.
A handful of witnesses managed to hold on to the suspect until several National Police officers arrived minutes later.
The ‘attacker’ was arrested and taken into custody awaiting court proceedings.

Benidorm Fraud
A sex club in Benidorm has been raided by police over accusations a criminal gang was over charging tourists.
The Polish-led criminal gang are accused of cheating punters at the club out of thousands of pounds by adding a zero to their bill.
Officers say they have already discovered the gang swindled victims out of around £47,000 in just eight months as inquiries are continuing.
Three Polish women were arrested before the 34-year-old Polish manager was held after the recent search.
A Police spokesman said: ‘With these arrests 20 cases of fraud have been solved.’
